Ebbe Altberg

Ebbe Altberg is the CEO of Linden Lab, developers of Sansar, a new platform that will democratize the creation of social VR experiences. The company has over a decade of success with Second Life, the largest user created virtual world. Ebbe spent time in the start up space as COO of BranchOut and previously was SVP of Media Products at Yahoo!, leading the teams that created the Yahoo! homepage, news, sports, finance and entertainment products and platforms. In 2000, as Chief Product Officer at Ingenio Inc.,Ebbe created innovative telephony and marketplace products, leading to the acquisition by at&t interactive in 2007. Ebbe began his career at Microsoft, ultimately overseeing teams that created Microsoft Office products.
