Chris Shoff

Chris Shoff is a partner in the Century City office of Latham & Watkins. He represents emerging companies, venture capital and private equity firms and investment banks involved in the technology, life sciences and other growth industries. His practice focuses on general corporate counseling, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions and public offerings.

Mr. Shoff focuses his practice on the representation of emerging growth companies in a broad range of industries, including software, digital media and entertainment, mobile, consumer Internet, medical device, pharmaceutical and healthcare services. He also regularly represents venture capital, private equity firms and strategic acquirers in connection with their investments and M&A transactions.

Mr. Shoff is currently an adjunct professor of law at the University of Southern California Law School, teaching a course on venture capital.
